Returns & ExchangesIt is our goal at ABC Baby Goods LLC to provide you with the best customer service and unparalleled shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and original condition. Some items can not be returned if they have been opened or customized. To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item. At this time, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that is good for 10 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to ABC Baby Goods LLC. The RA# should be clearly marked on the original packing sheet and returned with the item(s). Upon receipt of your authorized return, ABC Baby Goods LLC will either issue a refund to the credit card used in the original purchase, or issue a store credit which can be used to purchase any item as an exchange. Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you return your items via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without an RA#, if the item is returned damaged, and/or ABC Baby Goods LLC suspects the item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. If an item shipped to you free of shipping charges, your will receive a refund for the full purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs. |
